During the use of explosion-proof oil pumps, we may encounter situations where the pump is not pumping oil. However, due to our limited understanding of the complex structure of metering diaphragm pumps, we are unable to obtain a satisfactory solution for this situation. Now these are not problems. Today, I will introduce to you the reasons and solutions for fuel consumption. What causes the oil pump to not pump? 1. Low oil temperature leads to an increase in oil viscosity. Oil is in a solid-liquid state at room temperature. Once the temperature of the oil drops, its state will become more solid. The oil pump will encounter significant obstacles during the pumping process, which is also the reason why the oil pump cannot extract oil. 2. The oil level is too low to expose the suction pipe. The oil level is too low, causing the suction pipe of the oil pump to be exposed above the oil level. Even with strong suction, it is impossible to absorb oil from a distance. Relatively speaking, it is also because the position of the suction pipe is too high, which causes the oil pump to be unable to extract oil. 3. The suction pipe is blocked. Smooth suction pipe is a prerequisite for ensuring the suction of oil by the metering diaphragm pump. If the suction pipe is blocked by foreign objects, the oil pump will not extract the oil. 4. The suction of the oil pump is not high enough. The reason why the oil pump can extract oil is through suction, thereby extracting the missing oil outside the suction pipe. But the suction of the oil pump is not enough, making it difficult to pump oil from low to high. What is the solution for the oil pump not pumping What is the reason why one lower oil pump does not pump oil? There will be different solutions based on different reasons. 2. The reason why the oil pump does not pump oil is because the oil temperature is too low, so the oil in the cylinder can be heated to room temperature or slightly higher, which can improve the viscosity of the oil and make it easier to flow. 3. If the oil level is not in sufficient contact with the suction pipe, you can add oil to the cylinder and raise the oil level to the suction pipe; Alternatively, the position of the straw can be adjusted downwards. If the suction pipe is blocked, clean the suction pipe to remove foreign objects. 5. Insufficient suction of the oil pump, replace the power machine to increase suction. When the oil pump cannot pump out oil, we do not need to panic or immediately replace the oil pump. We can analyze the cause of the malfunction of this metering diaphragm pump and know what possible reasons may have caused the phenomenon of oil not being pumped out. Then, based on these reasons, choose targeted solutions.
