1.使用时，禁止将输油软管拉伸到极限位置，输油软管在油桶上应保持0.5m以上。(注意:如果拉伸到限位棘轮的中间位置，卷轴不能左右转动。) 2.当油管在加油后自动回卷时，应手动按顺序回卷油管，以避免将软管缠绕和堆叠在一起。3、接头应定期检查，严禁松动。4.长时间更换输油软管时，方便在滚筒锁紧状态下或其他可靠的防止滚筒转动的装置下更换输油软管，拧紧卡箍防止漏油。注意:如果卷轴在不再锁定时突然返回，很容易伤人或损坏要锁定的零件。6.棘轮应始终保持并充满黄油，以防止因快速磨损而锁定。7.长时间更换骨架油封时，拆下附近的螺钉，然后拔出油套，将新的油套压入油套中的油封位置，按原样安装。注意:在拆装过程中，如果油底壳输油轴轴端的圆柱形油封损坏，油封将不耐用。
